1. a)Personal Data.
2. b)Usage Data.
3. c)Location Data; and
4. d)Any other Data provided by you.

1.3 Your data may be stored in our systems and devices to facilitate your access and use of LPMS Mobile.

1.4 If you provide us with such Data, you consent to us:

1. a)Using the Data and/or sharing the necessary Data with other Government agencies (including statutory boards) for regulatory purposes unless such sharing is prohibited by law.
2. b)Sharing your personal data with Service Providers that have been authorized to carry out specific Government-related services.
3. c)To safeguard your Personal Data, all electronic storage and transmission of Personal Data is secured with appropriate security technologies.

1.5 You may withdraw your consent to the use and disclosure of your Data by us with reasonable notice and subject to any prevailing legal restrictions. However, by doing so, it may prevent the proper functioning or result in a cessation of the Mobile App service to you.
